A Day At The Races

Electric City Speedway wants your family’s visit to the City to be a fun entertaining experience. We offer so much more than just racing, so make sure to check the website (www.Electriccityspeedway.com) for a complete listing of the 2024 schedule of events. Below you will find several items that will make your trip easier insure your visit to Electric City Speedway will be an enjoyable one! Our races begin each race night at 7:00 pm, with gates opening at 5:30 pm.

BEHAVIOR POLICY: The Electric City Speedway is excited about racing. We want all fans to have the best experience possible. To ensure that all fans have a pleasant experience at facility, each guest should act responsibly and be considerate of others. Be a good sport. The Electric City Speedway security personnel will respond to complaints of misconduct. Fans who fail to comply with Electric City Speedway policy after being warned will be subject to ejection or arrest.

TICKETS: Tickets are available at the gate or online at myracepass.com, or electriccityspeedway.com. Cash or major credit cards are accepted at the gate. Our ticket offices are located just inside of the main entry gate of the speedway. Ticket Office opens for general seating at 5:30 pm.

PIT ENTRANCE: Pit bands can be purchased near the right of the Pit entrance. Gate opens at 4.00 pm. Children under 18 years of age must have a wavier signed by a parent to gain entry.

FREE PARKING: Electric City Speedway always has free parking. We also have ample space for handicap parking.

WHAT TO WEAR: Casual attire is recommended at the speedway. Just remember, you are out in the outdoors, so dress accordingly for the elements, and don’t forget the sunscreen on sunny day and jacket and blanket on cool nights. Closed toed shoes long pants are recommended in the pit area; we also require you to wear a shirt and shoes at all times while at the speedway. The races can get loud; ear plugs are available at the concession windows.

RESTROOMS: Electric City Speedway offers t3o sets of portable restrooms. One set is located to the right of the main entry gate, near turn one and above the grandstands. The other set is to the left of the front gate near turn four and above the grandstands.

COOLERS: For the safety and comfort of fans, carry-in coolers of any kind are not permitted.

EMERGENCIES: In the event of an emergency please notify one of the speedway employees or uniformed security officers in your area.

HANDICAPPED and Disabled Accessible Parking: Parking for Handicapped and Disabled guests is available. You must have a disabled parking pass issued by your state displayed in your window to access this parking area.

FIRST AID Fan Care: We will have trained paramedics at the facility that will be able to provide both Basic and Advanced life support for both drivers and spectators.

REFRESHMENTS: Located directly to your right as you enter the speedway. Electric City Speedway is noted for outstanding food. If you need something special let them know. We serve anything from Hampburgers to Hot Dogs to Walking Taco’s with affordable prices for the entire family! No food or beverage will be permitted to be brought into the facility - it will be confiscated if found.

TURN ONE LOUNGE: Here you will find your adult beverage: beer, ciders and seltzers.

ALCOHOL: Race fans that consume alcohol are encouraged to drink responsibly. All alcohol sales will require a picture ID as proof of age. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol. Electric City Speedway may refuse to serve alcoholic beverages to any person for any reason, including without limitations, persons appearing intoxicated. The Electric City Speedway may report any persons in violation of the alcohol policy to the Sheriff if they believe you are acting contrary to the law or in a manner which may endanger yourself, others or their property.

SMOKING: Electric City Speedway is required to and will comply with the State of Montana Smoking Law. Smoking is allowed in the open areas. Smoking is not allowed outside of the designated smoking areas. This includes in the bleachers, the bathrooms, concession area, beer window, or Pit Concession. Thank you for your understanding!

SOUVENIRS: The Speedway has a window located between the concessions and adult beverages. Here you can find all of your latest and greatest Electric City Speedway souvenirs and apparel. We offer programs, tee shirts, sweat shirts, hats, seat cushions, ear plugs, kid’s toys, candy and much more.

GRANDSTAND RULES: Patrons caught throwing any items will be immediately removed from the property, with the possibility of being prosecuted under Montana Law.

LOST & FOUND: Articles found during an event will be turned into the lost and found at Electric City Speedway main office

LOST CHILDREN: Electric City Speedway personnel will escort children who become separated from their families to the main office until their families are located. Parents reporting or inquiring about lost children should contact the nearest event staff employee or one of the uniformed police officers in their area.

PETS: Pets are NOT allowed in the grandstand area. The only animals allowed in the facility (except those which are part of an event) are guide dogs to aid the visually impaired, signal dogs to aid the hearing impaired and service dogs to aid the physically disabled. Other animals will not be allowed through the gates. All animals on speedway property MUST be kept on a 6 foot chain and cannot be left unattended.

CONTROL TOWER: Only those holding the proper credentials will be allowed to enter the Control Tower.

PROHIBITED ITEMS: To ensure that all fans have a safe and enjoyable visit to the Electric City Speedway, the following items will not be permitted:

Coolers of any size
Glass containers
Weapons
Illegal drugs
Fireworks
Alcoholic Beverages

Other items that in the judgment of Electric City Speedway management pose a safety hazard or diminish the enjoyment of an event by other patrons.

CARRY-IN-BAGS, large purses, blankets, sleeping bags etc…are subject to search by Electric City Speedway security personnel prior to entering the facility. Prohibited items or contraband that is discovered during security inspections at the Speedway entrances must either be returned to the owner's vehicle or discarded.

SECURITY: Electric City Speedway security personnel will be stationed throughout the Speedway. Should you require assistance, please notify the nearest event staff employee. The appropriate person or agency will be dispatched to your location to assist you

GROUP RATES & SPECIAL EVENTS: Do you want to bring your kids to the track for a birthday party? Have a big group of people that want to have a great time on a Saturday night? Electric City Speedway has many different group rates for all shapes and sizes. Call Debby at the Speedway office today to reserve a section for your group.

FREE TRIP TO THE PITS: After each and every event at the speedway, the pit area is always open. Use this time to go down and meet the drivers and the stars of Electric City Speedway. Bring down your cameras, pictures and sharpies and get to know these guys and gals that put on our show.
